Located in beautiful Perth, Western Australia, we have easy access to both the major Australian business centres (Melbourne & Sydney), as well as Singapore, Malaysia, and many other Asian Markets.

We have extensive contacts in a wide variety of food and beverage organisations both large and small, and are happy to assist you in finding a connection, be it raw material, production or marketing. Business principal David Lee offers a wealth of professional skills, knowledge and experience built over more than a quarter of a century in food production and processing, and the hospitality industry.

David is an experienced Food Technologist and Home Economist who has successfully managed projects in primary production and FMCG sectors. His unique career incorporates skills developed through product development, supply chain development (particularly in the organic and biodynamic sectors), hospitality & customer service, marketing, and quality systems.
