Shipping and Return Policy

Our dispatch center is located in Mooloolaba, QLD (AU). All orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Select products ship from partner facilities. We use the following shipping methods to deliver your order to the desired address:

Please double-check your address carefully when placing an order, we do not issue refunds or reship orders where addresses have been incorrectly entered upon ordering.


Domestic Shipping

Packages delivered to metropolitan areas are sent via Fastway Couriers and are trackable. Deliveries to regional Australia are shipped via standard Australia Post service with tracking.

Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order


Where is my package?

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.


Refund Policy

Products: Films & Books From The Food Matters Online Store / Food Matters Consumables (Superfood)/ Food Matters Juicers/ Water Filters / Personal Health Tests

Films & Books

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our dispatch (at your own expense),
  • Your package is returned to our dispatch center as undeliverable,
  • Your DVD or book is damaged.

Imupro 100 IgG Test/ SmartGut Microbiome Test/ Genomic Wellness Test/ Gut Wellness Package / Ultimate Wellness Package

Refunds will only be given if:

  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered,
  • OR You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our dispatch (at your own expense) within 90 days of the test purchase date.

If for any reason you should require a refund during this period we are happy to oblige but please note a flat fee of $50.00 (per person, if cancelling multiple tests) will be incurred to cover administration and postage costs on any test. There are no refunds given after 90 days.

Pure Pro Reverse Osmosis System

We are happy to exchange a faulty system or provide money back on your Pure Pro System:

  • When the system has failed to do what it claims, provided that you have returned the faulty product to PurePro at your own expense,
  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered,
  • If PurePro have been unable to resolve installation and fitting issues for you,
  • Your package is returned to our dispatch center as undeliverable,
  • OR your package has arrived damaged or faulty.

Please note: If the unit does not fit the kitchen cupboard, this is not a performance issue and we recommend calling PurePro (1800 850 416) to discuss fitting options, with their expertise in these systems they will have a solution for you. No refund will be issued.

Food Matters Consumables (Superfood)

Food Matters maintains the following return policy for all of the consumables on this website.

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your package has not arrived after 6 weeks and the address for the order was correctly entered
  • You are not happy with the product and it has been returned to our dispatch center (minus shipping)
  • Your package is returned to our dispatch center as undeliverable
  • Your product is damaged

Food Matters Juicers

Food Matters maintains the following return policy for all of the kitchen appliances on this website after attempting these troubleshooting tips. Returns or refunds, minus shipping, are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Your package is returned to our dispatch center as undeliverable
  • You have a warranty claim
  • Your goods arrive damaged

* Please note: We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse.
