About Stephanie

Stephanie is a Nutritional Therapist, who uses an evidence based approach to maximize your health potential through personalized nutrition and lifestyle advice. Stephanie practices using the functional model which treats the body as a whole while seeking the root source of your health concerns, rather than addressing symptoms alone. Stephanie currently works at Sligo Cancer Support Centre and this is where her passion for Nutritional Therapy started. She sees the potential proper nutrition and lifestyle changes can have in impacting a person’s quality of health and vitality.

Stephanie holds a Bachelors Degree in Food Science from University College Dublin. She also has a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Coaching and is due to graduate with a second Diploma in Nutritional Therapy in January, both from the Irish Institute of Nutrition and Health.

If you are looking to embark on your own health journey, Stephanie will be here to provide you with the latest information and tools to educate and empower you to get your health on track. Together with Stephanie, you can identify all signs and symptoms that are having a negative impact on your everyday life and vitality. After which, a personalized self-care protocol based on diet, lifestyle and supplements will be created. Stephanie’s main aim is to help you understand what you need to do for healthier lifestyle and to guide you through any concerns you may have.

As a Health Coach and Nutritional Therapist, Stephanie will help you adopt a new way of living. This will come about by monitoring your progress throughout the protocol, answering any questions or concerns you may have and also by referring you on to other practitioners where appropriate.

Stephanie struggled for years with terrible bloating, cramping, PMS, brain fog, low energy and everything else that goes with those symptoms. She had a consultation with a Nutritional Therapist and her life was turned around. She felt light on her feet, jumped out of bed in the morning, shed a few pounds and felt totally revitalized. Her passion and drive with Nutritional Therapy is to give people that feeling of vitality that they may not have felt for years. Throughout Stephanie’s own health journey and her time dealing with clients at IINH Clinic, she has learned that time and time again it’s the commitment to small changes that gives great results.
